About Chaptr.

We're Josh and Jonny. We met in 2015 whilst working for a London based tech recruitment agency.

After parting ways, we both went on to collaborate and work inside some of the leading technology companies in the world, gaining invaluable insight into the inner workings and unique challenges of those businesses.

 
Through these internal experiences, we realised we had more to offer on top of sourcing the best talent, by creating a more personalised and tailored approach to meet the specific needs of each company we partner with; whether it's Employer Branding, DEI Strategy & Roadmaps or end-to-end interview process design and much more.

We specialise in hiring across Engineering, Product, Data and Leadership and have moved away from the transactional agency model to build meaningful, productive and honest partnerships with our clients that go above and beyond hiring.
